Disciplinary matters
All red card report forms for players from Staffordshire clubs sent off in games played in Staffordshire MUST be sent to the Secretary of the Staffordshire Rugby Union Disciplinary Committee, Kevin Cantrill (kevcantrill55@yahoo.co.uk) within 48 hours of the end of the game. In addition, a copy of the report form should be sent to Discipline lead, Paul Daniels discipline@srusr.co.uk
