Associate Referee Programme
The Associate Programme a collaborative effort between Staffordshire Rugby Union (SRU) and the Staffordshire Rugby Union Society of Referees (SRUSR). It is designed to identify, support, and develop referees who are vital to grassroots rugby. We recognise many existing & potential referees may prefer to officiate within their own clubs rather than across the county. The programme is built to embrace this preference and provide a pathway for their development.
Why the Associate Referee Programme?
